Features of the technology
FaRe Self Registration app allows guests to register autonomously at the reception from tablets or digital totems. Through a user-friendly interface, users can enter their details, upload necessary documents, and complete the registration process without the need for assistance.
FaRe Self Registration manages all types of guests, both those who show up with an invitation, i.e. a PIN previously sent to them by e-mail/SMS from a contact in the company, and those who show up unannounced.
Once registered, visitors can check in by showing their Predictive QR Code® from the Guest on Cloud app, or by using the printed QR Code provided at the entrance. The designated internal contact is instantly notified of their arrival, ensuring real-time awareness of who is on site.
Using the Self Registration App is very simple and within everyone's reach, even those people who - perhaps - are unfamiliar with technology.
The accreditation process through the app takes place in a few simple steps: the user is pre-registered by the back office, invited by a company contact, and then completes self-registration via the Guest on Cloud app or at the reception
The operator can register any person by providing their personal data, access credentials and the company contact. If needed, additional credentials for multi-factor access, such as license plate, electronic document number, or facial recognition, can also be added.
Using a tablet with the FaRe Self Registration app, entry and exit can be registered by showing either the Predictive QR Code® from the Guest on Cloud mobile app or the printed QR Code received at the entrance.
