Don't miss updates
Each Euklis product is covered by a 2-year warranty that can be extended to 5 years. Software Suites can include a 24/365 level support contract.
For all Euklis products and software projects, a maintenance contract can be signed that provides for the update to the latest sfotware version.
The Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA) for Euklis' FARE HYBRID software offers ongoing technical support and updates, with the option to extend services with 24-hour support, on-site support, and training. The Euklis SMA includes the following support services and updates:
Phone/MS Teams support available from 9:00 to 18:00 (Italian time) on Italian working days.
Access to support for resolving issues or questions through these channels.
Latest software version updates: Access to new software versions and corrective updates (hotfixes)
Minor updates: Access to minor version updates, which may include improvements and new features.
Major Updates: Access to major software updates, including major new versions and significant improvements.
Ability to perform a remote assessment of the system via VPN or TeamViewer connection to analyze and resolve any technical issues.
24-hour online support not included by default, but available as an additional option.
On-site support available within 2 business days of request, but also as an add-on.
Training course with certification for 2 engineers, which guarantees adequate preparation for the management of the FARE HYBRID software.
